With SmartThru^TM Lutronic presents a new modular cable entry system that sets standards in terms of flexibility, tightness and ease of installation. Developed for the demanding requirements of modern enclosure and control cabinet technology, SmartThru combines intelligent functions with maximum adaptability.

Flexible, safe and well thought out

SmartThru enables the reliable, clean and safe feed-through of both pre-assembled and unassembled cables through the enclosure wall. Thanks to the modular design with freely configurable frames and grommets, users can tailor their cable bushings precisely to their needs - quickly, easily and flexibly. All components are compatible with each other and comply with current industry standards.

Reliable tightness and easy installation

SmartThru guarantees IP66 protection as standard and therefore reliable tightness around the cables. The molded frame seal and a flexible sealing lip geometry for tolerance compensation also ensure a permanent seal to the housing wall. The integrated strain relief ensures stability. Assembly is quick and requires few tools and a single Allen key - a significant simplification, especially for demanding applications.

The right solution for every requirement

Four frame formats (4, 10, 16 and 24) offer solutions for standard cut-outs in enclosures and control cabinets. The sophisticated grommet system covers cable diameters from 3 to 33 mm - including practical multiple grommets for high packing densities and dummy grommets for unused openings.

Robust and certified

SmartThru is UV-resistant, temperature-resistant from -40 to +100 °C, complies with fire protection class V0 and is therefore ideal for outdoor and industrial applications.
