Sibalco's development philosophy is based on the following points:

• Our competent employees work closely with our customers and support them in developing and implementing the right solution - technically, in terms of time and commercially.
• Thanks to our platform strategy, we have access to modules that have already been developed and tested. This allows us to implement our projects quickly and reliably - with selected components and proven technology.
• Design for production - all aspects of development - such as design, component selection, arrangement, connection technology, temperature management, assembly, packaging and testing - are designed for later manufacturability. The step from development to series production should be as small as possible!
• Simple and fast implementation. In just a few steps, we define and realize a FUMU (functional model) and prototypes for validation. We use rapid prototyping, 3D printing and CAD drawings, among other things.
• Transparency - You are informed about all the key parameters at every stage of the project - including feasibility, costs, deadlines, interfaces and scope of delivery: Feasibility, costs, deadlines, interfaces and scope of delivery.
