Honeywell presents its latest and most advanced pressure sensors
ABP3 series
The ABP3 series is the latest evolution of the successful ABP platform, which has been in use worldwide since 2010 and is highly regarded for its accuracy, reliability and stability.
The ABP3 series supports an extended pressure range from 2.5 mbar to 10 bar as well as an extended operating temperature range from -40 to 110°C.
ABP3 sensors are available with various liquid gel protection options and offer comprehensive media compatibility. ABP3 sensors are wet-to-wet compatible, meaning the sensor can be used with liquids at both ports, allowing it to be deployed for liquid flow and clog detection.
Honeywell Technologies’ ABP3 sensors are temperature-compensated from –40 to 110°C and offer an accuracy of up to 1.5 % TEB. The ABP3 series offers an effective resolution of up to 14 bits, a sampling rate of up to 4 kHz, enhanced diagnostics, improved EMC immunity and is available with analogue or digital outputs.
The ABP3 series builds on the success of the ABP and ABP2 series and offers an excellent upgrade path for customers who require a higher sampling rate, higher resolution, better diagnostics and better value for money when upgrading their current product or future-proofing it. In most cases, ABP3 customers replace existing ABP analogue/digital I²C and ABP2 analogue devices with a direct replacement, meaning no hardware or software changes are required.
