As a further development of the proven E-BOX, the XL version expands the possibilities in machine and plant engineering, robotics and automation as well as intralogistics with a larger selection of operating elements and configuration options in a slim housing. With space for up to six operating elements, the E-BOX XL fits seamlessly into different machine designs while offering reliable operating options for demanding environments.

The E-BOX XL is available in MODULAR and IO-LINK versions to optimally cover specific requirements. The compact design is matched to 40 mm aluminum profiles and is available in different housing lengths to optimally adapt the operating solution to the respective application. Thanks to IP65 protection, robust construction and modern features such as IO-Link parameterization and M12 connection for additional sensors and actuators, the E-BOX XL is ideally equipped for industrial use and offers a solution that is both technically and visually impressive.

The E-BOX XL MODULAR was specially developed for applications that require flexible and individual control solutions. With this variant, users can freely configure their control solution by arranging the operating elements according to their own requirements. The arrangement of the operating elements is not fixed, so that each E-BOX XL MODULAR can be adapted exactly to the specific requirements.

With support for RAFIX 22 FS+ actuators and RAFIX QC switching elements, the MODULAR variant offers a wide selection of components for all installation positions. Thanks to the sophisticated design, installation is particularly easy and can be carried out in any installation position, allowing the E-BOX XL MODULAR to be flexibly integrated into a wide variety of machine and system structures. The robust design combined with the high IP65 protection rating guarantees reliable operation even in harsh industrial environments. The MODULAR variant is therefore particularly suitable for control tasks that require a customized, adaptable solution.

E-BOX XL IO-LINK

Connecting people with IO-Link

The E-BOX XL IO-LINK is a sophisticated plug-and-play solution for companies looking for simple and efficient integration into their IO-Link network. This variant is available in several pre-configured standard versions that enable quick installation. A single IO-Link cable connects the entire E-BOX XL IO-LINK to the master, reducing cabling to a minimum. With this version, up to six actuators can be controlled simultaneously via just one IO-Link port on the master, which not only simplifies installation but also increases flexibility in terms of connection.

A special feature of the IO-LINK version is the extended parameterization capability: the integrated RGB lighting allows colour-coded status displays, the switching cycle monitoring enables precise diagnostics and the acoustic signal transmitter provides additional safety. Furthermore, an optional M12 GPIO connection offers the possibility of connecting additional sensors and actuators, which further increases the variety of functions.
