E-BOX: Ready-to-use control unit with M12 connection
For the provision of individual emergency stop buttons and other control devices, RAFI offers an optimised enclosure solution with the E-BOX M12, which is characterised by robust construction, simple mounting and extremely slim design.
The E-box is equipped by the manufacturer with one or two RAFIX FS 22+ command devices and delivered ready for connection. Variants are available with one emergency stop or pushbutton each, with emergency stop and pushbutton (or key switch, signal lamp) as well as other 2-way combinations of pushbuttons and selector switches. The M12 connection of the E-BOX provides users with a ready-to-use control unit that can be directly connected and commissioned without wiring effort.
With its compact dimensions of 109 mm x 40 mm x 29 mm, the housing is ideally suited for mounting on 40 mm profile rails of production facilities or safety fences. For this purpose, the corresponding mounting clip is simply fixed in the profile rail groove by means of a single-hole screw fastening, after which the E-BOX is simply snapped on. The E-BOX M12 is available in 4- or 8-pole versions with illuminated push-buttons. The emergency stop versions have a signal yellow upper part of the housing, the pushbutton versions are equipped with a grey upper part.
